It’s called Fresco Blue Pearl, but it starts to look more and more purple as it ages. Available on the Prelude in 1992 and 1993, but not with the 4WS or VTEC options. It also may have been offered on the Integra.

I had a 92 Prelude Si in Fresco Blue Pearl. Loved that car.
